Who this is for
This option is for businesses that want live device updates inside their own system over MQTT. You do not need to implement TAD101 on your side. Instead, you give us your MQTT authorisation process and broker credentials, and we forward the updates in real time.
What you provide
- Your MQTT host, port, topic pattern, and TLS requirements.
- Your broker username and password or other broker-side authorisation requirements.
- Any tenant onboarding or tenant-auth process your platform expects before live data is accepted.
- The payload fields you need and how you want device, tenant, and signal data mapped.
What we provide
- Real-time device updates forwarded from Track Any Device to your MQTT broker, over TLS with your chosen QoS.
- A configurable field map — device, tenant, and signal values (location, speed, battery, temperature, altitude, direction, recorded time) mapped to the payload keys your system expects.
- Template variables such as {tenant_slug} or {device_imei} where your topics or payloads need them — e.g. a topic like tad/{tenant_slug}/locations.
- Optional tenant onboarding support when your downstream system requires a registration/auth step first.

- We configure the broker connection, topic structure, and payload field mapping.
- We run a test delivery and verify it arrives in your environment.
- Once approved, your business starts receiving real-time device updates.
