Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Pakistani law to create an account.
- You authenticate using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS to your registered phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure — treat OTPs like a password and don’t share them.
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
Lawful and consensual use
TAD-PAK devices report location. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and only where you have the right to do so — for example: your own vehicle/belongings, a vehicle or asset owned by your business, or a person in your care (such as a minor child) or who has consented to being tracked (such as an employee, informed as required by law). You must not use TAD-PAK to covertly monitor another adult without their knowledge and consent, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being used for unlawful surveillance or harassment.
Orders, devices, and payment
- Devices purchased through our shop are fulfilled via cash-on-delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Device connectivity (SIM data / platform access) may be provided free for an introductory period and then require a paid subscription to continue reporting location, as described at the time of purchase or renewal.
- Prices, availability, and delivery timelines are as shown at checkout and may change without notice for future orders.
Service availability
GPS tracking depends on factors outside our control — satellite visibility, cellular network coverage, device power, and third-party infrastructure (including SMS and WhatsApp delivery by mobile networks and Meta). We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time-exact tracking at all times.
Not an emergency service
TAD-PAK, including its SOS/alert features, is not a substitute for police, ambulance, fire, or other emergency services. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services directly (e.g. Pakistan’s emergency helplines) first.
Communications you agree to receive
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related SMS and WhatsApp messages from us — including OTP codes, safety/incident alerts, device status notifications, and order updates. Standard message/data rates from your carrier may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we use WhatsApp and SMS providers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, its APIs, or other users’ access;
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written permission;
- Use the service to track a person without a lawful basis or required consent (see "Lawful and consensual use" above);
- Upload false, misleading, or unlawful content through support, orders, or any part of the platform.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or to protect the safety or rights of others. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including reliance on location data or alerts for safety-critical decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Pakistani law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
